As the founder and CEO of Casimir Public Health Empowerment, LLC I bring a deeply personal connection to the field of public health. Born and raised in Haiti, I witnessed firsthand the daily struggles of communities where public health is a perpetual crisis. Growing up in the countryside, I experienced the stark reality of insufficient access to clean water, proper sanitation, and fundamental healthcare.
In this challenging environment, I repeatedly encountered the devastating impact of preventable illnesses such as intestinal worms, typhoid, and malaria—diagnoses that should not define a community’s health landscape. These experiences ignited a passion within me to understand the root causes of these health disparities, leading me on a path toward public health research and advocacy.
My journey culminated in the attainment of a master’s degree in public health. This academic foundation serves as a platform for my dedication to educating individuals about essential hygiene practices, sexual health and reproduction, and public health best practices that can transform their daily lives.
My commitment extends beyond academia. At Casimir Public Health Empowerment, LLC we are dedicated to leveraging research, data-driven insights, and community engagement to instigate sustainable changes in public health.
